I have scars and spots on my face .Is there any good gel or cream to remove scars and fill those spots .

Can betnovate cream be used for phimosis? Pls do help as i am not confident for circumcision surgey

I am 32, F. Noticed a raised lesion on my right leg , its texture is soft ,pulpy. It is not painful but there's a slight tingy sensation & warmth around the area. The area was itchy today before I spotted the lesion(I assumed itching was due to a moquito/insect bite) & then I came in contact with water post which I noticed the bump(there a 2 photos attached, one is a normal sized picture & the second is a closeup picture which is extremely zoomed in) . Is this concerning?

Under my left foot, I am having skin protrusion which appears to be corn. It has been around 2-4 months since this appeared. Initially I used corn patches for 10-15 days. It reduced but it never went away. This is how it looks in the image. outer skin has gone due to use of patch but it has come back again and it is hard just like a corn has. What could it possibly be and how to deal with it? Thanks in advance.

The donor site area of skin graft . My surgery was done on 6 oct 2025 so it's been 8 most around my donor area thigh looks like this I apply coconut oil to keep it moisturize ... Will it remain like this ? Or I can do anything better to improve it ... My concern was not the pigmentation but the raised scar as my medical for capf is due in the following months . One dermatologist said to use atarax anti itch lotion OTC and another said to use crotorax Hc cream and avoid OTC products. What should I do now
