I'm getting these painful acne, which usually begin after my period, and continue on until my next period. I get these new tiny white coloured pimples almost everyday. This usually comes around my mouth area and jawline. Kindly suggest whom should I consult, a gynac, a dermatologist?

I don't have a proper beard and absolutely no hair on my torso. Very small hair on my hands. I feel ashamed and depressed due to this. It makes me feel a lesser man. A went to see a dermatologist for this. He told me that it was natural and I agree with this. But, I still want a solution to this. Can I somehow get a manly a little hairy body at least? I went to a homeopathic doctor for hyperpigmentation Around my neck and warts .I asked if I should do any tests or do I have insulin resistance (I read abt it).he said no I don't need to.i got meds .but when I searched what the medicine is about.it was for diabetics patients. My blood results are normal though.what should I do are there any tests for this ?..
