Hello Doctor, I am 20 years old male with genetic hair loss and receding hairline. Can I safely use Minoxidil 5% + Finasteride 0.01% topical solution? I have Odisha Police medical exam after 6 months. Will this medicine show up in blood or urine test or cause any problem in selection? If this treatment is safe for me, please provide a prescription. 28F with oily skin and recurrent acne for months, mainly jawline/chin, cheeks and some forehead. Used clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide spot treatment which heal pimples but new ones keep returning. Started adapalene nightly in late Feb (now ~13 weeks). Around weeks 4–8 I experienced a major purge with many small whitehead-like bumps and pimples across my forehead, cheeks, jawline and chin. Most of that has now settled and marks/spots seem to be improving, but still getting recurring whiteheads/pimples mainly jawline/sideburn area and forehead. The pattern sometimes seems worse around my period, though I’m not fully sure. I recently switched to a benzoyl peroxide face wash and still use benzoyl peroxide as spot treatment when needed. I briefly tried azelaic acid, but it caused some itching/peeling around my jaw area so I paused it. Does this sound hormonal/persistent acne and should I continue topicals or consider oral treatment/change in regimen?

Having red bumps in areas like back side and near shoulder hands and down side of chest near to stomach . They are not itchy but they comes stay for one two weeks and go off away and comes after 2-3 months etc What are these ..iam having these from past 3-4 yrs

Hello doctor, 5-6 days ago I felt a mosquito bite, between the place where stool is passed and the place where it goes to the penis, so I scratched a little, now gradually a big swelling has appeared there which is painful, but there is no pain while walking, but there is pain while sitting, what should I do

I have noticed mild redness around the urinary opening. There is no pain while urinating, no burning sensation, no discharge, no bad smell, and no fever.

Is glutathione iv treatment safe. Will it reduce pigmentation and whiten my skin. Should I take glutathione tablet instead.

This is happened for the first time with me i live in bikaner its almost 45 dgree+ all the time but i apply derma spf50+ sunscreen idk how its happened with me i am attaching the pics with you pls have a look its on my forehead under ye both eyes and side of my eyes i also apply derma vitamin c serum and under eye cream but i am applying those since past 3 months,i also dont go to market very frequently in market idk how this is happened i am in deep worry pls help.
