Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have boils created from small pimple from last week and it's discharging some liquid but not getting reduced. It's little painful and swollen more often. Any oinment will work on this. Please suggest. I age attached for reference

Hello doctor, I have extremely dry skin since childhood. My grandfather had this. I have started having stretch marks in hands stomach back and legs because of this extreme dryness. Not able to live my day to day life normally. If I dont apply lotion, stretching my arms and legs become painful. My hands look very wrinkled. Can't wear any short dresses or sleeveless.
