Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had acne on my face, after starting the treatment acne has increased, i am using persol gel, Nilac gel

My wife is having itching on her leg. The area has become red and a bit swollen. Kindly suggest some medication for this. This has been irritating her for a week.

I suffer from dandruff during the winter but this time I am noting dandruff-like grains on my forehead also. If I scratch with my nails some of it comes off like dry skin but the skin remains rough. I have applied moisturiser last 2-3 days but there is no improvement.

Is 35 too late to start with skincare routine, or consult dermatologist for pigmentation and large pores?

First it started at the left thigh and then it spead to another thigh,all around legs and for hands...now slowly small rashes are all around the body ...my major problem is the rashes are so itchy when ever I scratch white water type liquid comes...and it turns into black later to pigmentation..and continuous ly spreading all over body ..I am suffering from this ski. I’ve been struggling with dandruff for a long time, and it gets even worse during winter. Whenever I comb my hair, flakes fall onto my shoulders and back. Please suggest some effective ways to get rid of it.

As shown in photo, of hand and elbow area, these rashes/allergies/red dots appear and go on own. Happening for 3rd time in 5 weeks.

Hi dr From past few days I observed that when I wake up in the morning my lips get tightened and sometimes peeling...I apply balm also but no effect...why it's happening

Iam patient with scalp psoriasis.can l go under a hair transplant,?if l do will there be any issues in the future, and will it affect the results? Winter season starting now psoriasis tends to worsen during winter, given this is it divisible to undergo to procedure hair transplant now Is there a  possibility for scalp psoriasis to turn into vitiligo?
