Suddenly there is this white patch on my beard and i am worried about it. I want to know if this vitiligo or something else. Please help

I don't know the doctor i got the dark black colour on the neck and the face looks dull I recently started going swimming because of water or climate change and I go for regular clean up at beauty parlour i am diabetic so I started using metformin 500 mg can you please suggest me on this I do have this problem near my private parts too

She prescribed Dazit 10 tablets for 10 days that contains  Desloratadine BP 10 mg & Aquasoft CV cream for allergy. We are in a phase of pregnancy planning. So is it safe medicine during pregnancy?
