Face painful acne from last 2-3 years tried multiple doctors and their medicines i have used salicylic face wash , adapalene 0.1 % ,dermatica aze proactive but nothing worked given by doctor

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello, in my opinion only creams will not be enough for this type of treatment. Needs systemic treatment (in the form of tablet) along with topical (creams).
