I have been using Cetaphil cleanser and dot&key moisturizer...i added Kojic acid in my routine it was okay at first then I had to change my cleanser to cera ve it was still fine I didn't like it that much so I switched back to Cetaphil, Kojic , moisturizer but now I have a clutter of pimples on my chin very small in a bunch on a same place on chin idk how that happened and what should I do

Hello Doctor There are two spots on my penis and they have been there for last couple of years. I have seen some mild growth in their size. They seem to be harmless but I have never got them tested. No burning or no irritation but I'm always worried what it cud be. They are grey/black in colour and are easily noticable. Should I consult and get physical examination done?
