Breakout on face
I am having small acnes on face specially near chin and lips. They are mainly small red protudes. It leaves scar on my face. I apply glaede cream at night and use Cetaphil cleanser and Cetaphil moisturizer.
What should I do next. And why are these appearing on my face.

Is your periods regular? Is there recent weight gain? Can you upload a picture without filters so that acne grade can be determined.
