Hi Sir i am getting very small small pimples on my face . It feels like there is a pus but on scratching nothing comes out ..the pus and anything is not coming out.rather its creating a dark deep mark. Other pus filled acnes are getting cured but for these type of acne i m applying tretinoin 0.025% and Dacne gel .Still i dont see any difference.my skin type is not so oil its kind of normal to combination skin.Getting more around mouth area ..please see the photo and help me.

At the end of May I was bitten by a leech. In September skin on my calf started showing edema and infection and liquid is coming. Healing is very slow. Doctors that i showed to think that it is varicose. But there are no symptoms of varicose. One doctor gave me azithromycin and another aerofix antibiotics.

I am having a itchy patch on one of the side of my neck from last week or so and it is not going away. What could be the reason and treatment for this?

I am often facing dry penis foreskin ( exactly like dry lips ). It keeps tearing ( again similar like dry lips) when it expands and when I pee. I had sun allergy for past 10 years. My B3 level is around 0.42. I took b3 pills [545 mg a day for 2 months] but it seems like my body is not absorbing it.. I had TB back in 1998 and i took isoniazid for 2 years which can hemper the absorption of B3. Fot the past 4 months, i started getting that necklace formation after getting sun exposure around 30 min. Do i need to get any specific tests done or do i need to take vitamin B3 at higher level..
