Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

So this has been happening to me for the past couple of months now. I get random pimples on my vulva very often and the problem occurs when it gets painful. Though, not all of them get to be very painful, but most do. What is the cause and how to prevent it? I have already been very mindful of my hygiene and cleanliness.
