Hello Doctor, I have developed some small, hard bumps on my face. These bumps are firm (hard like a stone) and are not itchy or painful. They have a white tip. When I accidentally squeeze them, a thick, white, cheese-like substance comes out from inside. These bumps are persistent and do not go away. Please help me understand what these are and what treatment or skincare routine I should follow to get rid of them. I have attached a photo for your reference. Looking forward to your advice.
