Ulcer on inner lip
White red color hard ulcer which I tried to drain... It got flat but after some time it came back... No pain no bleeding only I can feel it with tongue...please find the attached pics for your reference... I smoke 1 to 2 cigarettes in one day from the last 4 months previously I used to smoke 2 cigarettes per week...

It is mucocele.... No creams or tablets would work better get it removed from your nearby dermatologist or surgeon... Recurrence can be there

Looks like mucocoele.
Benign condition... with this size it might resolve on its own.
It's size can increase and it may cause difficulty in chewing, can become painful at times amd may get infected.
