Hello Doctor, 3 days ago I used 'Deconstruct Lip Balm' which caused a severe reaction. Now my lips have a prominent yellow/honey-colored crust, and they are oozing a sticky fluid. Because of this sticky fluid, my lips get completely stuck and glued together, especially when I wake up in the morning. There is a lot of dryness, tight feeling, severe burning, and swelling. It is very painful to open my mouth or brush my teeth. It looks like a secondary bacterial infection due to the broken skin barrier. Please prescribe a safe topical antibacterial ointment. I have been in this itching since last one year.earlier it shown candida infection then mix candida and bacterial. Now i have changed almost 7 8 gynac . All of then gave me medicinws then vaginal insertion medicines. But i havw no discharge now. Itching is to much on clitoris or near vulva area. It become dry ans in night i can see white dot like spots appear. But it goes when i wash. Then again it started itchy. It is so uncomfortable. I itch sometime so badly that the clitoris or clitoris hood swell or become red. What should i do?i am fedup.

Hello Doctor, I have developed some small, hard bumps on my face. These bumps are firm (hard like a stone) and are not itchy or painful. They have a white tip. When I accidentally squeeze them, a thick, white, cheese-like substance comes out from inside. These bumps are persistent and do not go away. Hello Doctor, I am a 22-year-old female. I have a light-colored patch near my abdomen for the past 5-6 years. It causes itching, and it spreads slightly in a dot-like pattern. Previously, a doctor suspected it to be Vitiligo and prescribed Tofatus cream (to apply and show sunlight for 5 minutes) along with Zinc tablets. I noticed that when I applied the cream, the area and the skin around it became darker , but as soon as I stopped the medicine  the white spot recurred. I am highly confused between a fungal infection (like Tinea Versicolor) and Vitiligo because of the itching. Currently, I am not using any medicine for it. Also, recently I have noticed a lot of my hair turning white. Please guide me on whether this patch looks like fungal or vitiligo based on these symptoms, and what should be my next step? Thank you!
