Hi, I've one small firm swelling on my waist it's less than 1 cm slightly darker than my skin. It's been there since 6 yrs after a boil infection. Sometimes it cause slight pain or burning sensation. Is it serious ? Or can i just leave it

Since I hit puberty my hair conditioner changed, I never had normal hair. My hair has always been very thick and dense and super rough, my natural hair is wavy but the texture doesnt come because I washed hair with hard water (for 5 years) and I also got seborrheic dermatitis (diagnosed at 14) I havent been able to find a shampoo that suits my hair, and till now (at 17) my hair feels dry, rough, and  greasy just a day after wash. What do I do?

I use flat iron 4-5 times a month in a temp range 160-190 degree Celsius. Now i am noticing i have a lot of surface frizz. I tried different shampoos including sulphate free but my hair is still dry. So i ordered loreal professional xtenso shampoo (this is shampoo is mainly used for chemically treated hair, its sulphate free). Can i use this shampoo. Is it safe for my untreated hair.
