Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have got this issue from 25th December and now's it's worst skin is all oily and dry on cheeks it's all red now what to do. I used wow ubtan face wash and got allergic then stopped then applied episoft ac cream still it's getting worst only have never faced such before. Tab. Sotret 10mg at night Acstop gel in morning Amy moisturizer in afternoon Adaple c gel alternate night Aziderm plus alternate night only on pimples Will it suit my sensitive skin

I am Srinadh, my job is to do market research for our company, because of this I used to stay in different places with different weather conditions and water change. I am getting very tanned  and facing skin reactions like itching , allergy and rashes but not very high, I have consulted several doctors but they just prescribe some soap, ointments etc. but not proper conclusion, I use all the skincare products which are good ones like Cetaphil, prismos B like these products. Suggest me some tips or efficient processes.
