Not curing rash
I am attaching a picture of one rash. It has been present for about 60 days, and I have been on medication for 45 days, but it has not improved at all. One doctor diagnosed it as Tinea corporis, while a homeopathy doctor said it is ringworm. I have been taking both allopathic and homeopathic treatments, but there has been no significant improvement. The medications I have used include: Itraconazole tablets Antifungal soap Dustin powder Luliconazole cream Homeopathic medicines I have undergone a blood sugar test, which was normal, and a cholesterol test, which was also normal except for an elevated LDL cholesterol level. I would like to know why the rash is not healing. Could it be due to another underlying disease? Is it related to cancer or an early sign of HIV? I have similar rashes in other areas as well, including the groin, underarms, chest, abdomen, and thighs. Please help me understand what might be causing this persistent condition and suggest any effective treatments, medicine

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition.
