My mother got a bump on left hand finger around 20 days ago for first 7 days it didn't bleed but then bleeding started for 3 days then we visited cosmetic surgeon who cauterized it saying possible granuloma after that it has been 10 days with no healing after cautery. Till now care has been gauze change and tbact application once a day. First photo of before cautery and 2nd photo of current 10th day after cautery and even today discharge happened. Suggest next action 2nd opinion or what do u think very tensed
