Non healing rash in right hand fingers
I'm having a recurring rash in between the middle and ring finger of right hand. It's becomes dry and scaly when healing and again pops up at the same or nearby area particularly in between those two fingers only from past 4months. Could this be hinting anywhere towards skin cancer? Or is it just an allergy? What should be my next step?
