My mother has developed infection on her hand due to continuously working with soap, detergent etc. for years. Now the infection is causing her pain. Kindly suggest what can be done.

It's been a week i got these red bumps on my upper part of left arm(as shown in picture below). I also have 2 bumps on right arm, one on right leg( which is disappearing now), one on tummy, one on my right breast. Sometimes i feel itching. But most of the times itching happens while sweating...
