Hi. I had noticed a bump which is now a pimple near the buttock. Just a normal pimple. Its not anywhere low, it at the top just at the beginning of the crack. I am afraid that the pimple will not go soon if left just like that because i started my chums today and am wearing synthetic pads which can be irritating.. please suggest me some meds to dry it out.
