Corn type issues in fingers and palm. It turned black and had surface in thumb and index finger and palm

My doctor prescribed me isotroin 20 mg for a month without blood tests . Also along with other medicines (azee 250, wysolone 10,pan 40)and creams(faceclin and epiduo) along with diet and skin care routine.i don't have any health issues .I am feared of using it after seeing everybody saying about side effects of isotroin in Internet. Could you tell me does it have any severe or long lasting side effects
