Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I get these red spots sometimes and it itches a lot and it happens only in arms nowhere else. Please checked the attached photos. Help me please.

When i was 1 yr old i fell down and my forehead swelled. So my parents applied zandu balm for swelling to reduce. Swelling reduced but it caused a black mark in centre of forehead. I does appear as i grow. I consulted n number of doctors but i can't find any solution. I feel guilt of having a black scar in centre of forehead. So pleased help me with is.

I used to have healthy, long, straight and skill hair. I have lost volume and shine over past 1-2years. My hair have become extremely rough and dey. I live in Faridabad since past 10years and the water here is hard, maybe that's the reason. I lead a hectic and stressful work life as well.
