Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor! I'm Anusha, 22 yrs, I have sensitive skin. From 6 months I'm suffering from acne and comedones. They are as tiny bumps all over the face. I would like to know about the skin care which I have to take and please let me know the treatment for it. Thank you in advance

Im having small bumps on forehead. Since 2 months. They are just sitting there. In the morning they are less visible but till night they are big and more visible in lighting. I don't have dandruf. I also do chemicals AHA exfoliation twice a week.

I have patch allergies on my thighs , stomach. Ichhing bhi hoti hai nd red ho jaata hai then , patch ke around small pimples bhi ho jaate hai

Hi I have got my skin damaged since last year got so many small hard bumps on face and open pores with dullness on my skin please suggest

I had some reddish patch & spots in my hands & neck. It doesn't itch but how to clear it. Attched image for reference

For the last 2 months, my hair has been falling too much. My hair was thick earlier, now it has become thinner and the hair is not growing too .Tell me what should I use so that my hair become long and hair does not fall and there are no side effects in future if I use it and my hair type is dry .

1. I've been facing itching and burning sensation in my underarms. I think it's because of the Whiting underarms spray I have had used long back. The problem is there since an year now. I am using 'Candid' powder to help but that's just temporary. 2. My skin at the ankle areas is  very dark and hard. I've done pedicures and scrubbing and moisturizing. But the problem is still not solved. Please look into these and help me how can I resolve these. Both these problems I've been facing since more than a year now.

There have been rashes in my mother's entire body. She used some cooling powders and remedies but no relief. Because of heat and humidity it's getting worse day by day it's been now more than 2weeks.. please suggest some medication..
