Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I m suffering from dandruff since 4 years . I have tried many shampoo including medical shampoo but none of these working on my dandruff. Please suggest me . How to remove dandruff. I am losing hair bcz of this .

My mother is using lumivoid cream for a month after having treatment of glomela cream for treating melasma. But even after usage of 2months  there are no signs of improvement. What do to???

Hello Doctor Hard lumps have been developed on my forehead, from last 15 days. Though it does not pain or itch there is no swelling also. But it's looks ugly as I have less hair on my head these are more visible. There are total 8 or 9 small elevated lumps exactly on my hairline. Kindly advise the treatment.

Red spots or patches keep coming at random places like groin, underarms, back of the shoulder, calf and even stomach. It was diagonised as T cruris few years back and prescribed Castor NF cream. I have been using Castor NF cream for over two years now.  Is there any permanent cure. Or was it wrongly diagonised. Is it Psoriasis? I have photographs to upload.
