Hi, I consulted a doctor previously and was told to do these harmones test once i get my periods I will get it done. However I wanted to check with the doctor that is it possible it can be due to fungal infection. Because I also have started getting skin problems like before like rashes itchiness and redness and I had consulted a doctor here for that as well.. I have major hair loss and acne issue but have no issues with my periods, is it possible its bcz of fungal infection n not harmonal imbalance..i m trying to reach a doctor even after paying for a month but not getting anyone...plz help

I got some acne pimples all over my body due to some steroid medication side effect.i have been asked to stop milk and high protine probucts ,does that include curd rice and lassi ? or can i have them?
