Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I had consulted regarding my skin problems and earlier i use to pay single fee for 1 time checkup, however i took a pack of a monthly checkup, my humble request is plz lemme consult a doctor whom i have already consulted for my issues, i have changed doctors 3 to 4 times now bcz im unable to reach previous doctors ever again everytime it says they r not available. I had last consulted Dr. Talwar and I would request plz lemme consult the same doctor again as i need to follow up i cant keep changing doctors and every doctor prescribes something new again.

I went to a dermatologist regarding my tanned face which is 5-6 yrs old. i also have uneven skin tone. she recommended me glycolic peels. i went through just 1 peel as of now n couldn't see any significant difference. she also gave me azelaic acid to apply every night and tretinoin to apply on saturdays...its been hardly a month since i have been using the products. i want to know that would glycolic peels remove complete tan n the creams prescribed causes a bit of peeling. so how much time would it take the creams to see the effect. how many glycolic peels would remove my tan completely. i also have dark circles would that also be treated? anticipating ur kind reply Thanku

I have skin disease and suffering from fungal infection. When I take medicines it is cured but after couple of months or weeks it appears again. It is spreading over my hands finger, near nails and legs toes. I am sharing the pics as well.

As my father have consulted one dermatology doctor he said it was keratoderma and other as eczema he is mentally disturbed I doesnt know what it was and is. This condition is making him weak.i want to know is there any treatment for this and it is curable or not. Is it serious. As currently he is in nepal he cant visit any doctor through physical consultation. He may come next month to hyderbad as soon as he come we would consult a doctor but right now he need some treatment. He needed a video consultation to support his condition.

Hello, I have acne and pimples, it gets reduced whenever I take medication advised by doctor. If I stop mediation it increases. Can someone suggest me medication for permanent cure?

My TSH levels are 5.83uiU/ml. I hv almost all the symptoms of Hypothyroidism. Consistent weight gain, hair loss, fatigue etc. I am unsure if I should be taking thyroid medications or not as my levels are not too high.
