Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

This is regarding sagging of my face skin. Am 30 years old,  i have very loose skin and in turn started sagging. I have dark circles also, nowadays i have developed under eye wrinkles, which can be seen predominantly even if i do not laugh or do not stretch my skin. I do 20min facial excercise 4 days a week but seems no result but started increasing more wrinkles. I use sunscreen every day apart from it nothing else i apply on my skin. Kindly suggest me how do i tighten my skin, how to reduce my sagged skin and wrinkles? Are there any supplements to take to tighten skin? And also, i came across HIFU treatment and RF treatment in Internet, which one would be better? Or its better to take anti aging which contains retinol, kindly suggest me any cream or supplements for long term?

Developed a skin patch after scratching the sweaty portion under the arm. It's brown and rough and itches a lot, more or less looks like a fungal infection. Temporary relief after using itch guard. It does not have a ring like shape. Brown, dry, scaly patch. Similar patches developing on the back and under the other arm. Please advise.

Recently developed eczema of the hand. Is it completely curable? Or will it come and go with some triggers ?

Impetigo like wound is leg. One type of wound having itching like property. And the wound giving me pain and swelling of leg especially the fingures where it is. 2,3 wounds are not curing and foul smell fluid is coming from the wounds. It is like contagious.
