Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Having dandruff since many years, it reduced for some months and suddenly it's occurring again. Itching all over the scalp and I find flakes kind of dandruff all over my head and because of this I am having hair loss too and pimples all over my face.

I am facing darkness in my skin from last 2-3 yrs. My face(forehead and around mouth area) and neck got pigmented. Recently I have checked with one of the dermatologists and she prescribed me to go for vitamin test in which I found that I am vitamin deficient.She prescribed me vitamin b12 for a month and vitamin d tablets for two months,once a week. I just want to check for how long shall I continue taking these supplemen gvts?
