Facing issue of warts on face since over 5 months tried some home remedies but it did not work for warts

My ear pierced hole enlarged for left ear only, so to protect i am not wearing any earring, since last six months. It is not much enlarged means not excedded till end of earlobe. But earrings hangs fown when i wear one. I heared if it is not much enlarged upto end, it is easy to correct. So what is the process to correct it. And how much it may cost . Which specialization of doctor will be right to meet.

I have been prescribed Tretiva 20 for sebbroheic dermatitis but it is causing dryness of mouth , lips and face and also it's causing Acne and pimples I have been taking since 15 Days ,so whether I should stop or continue.

Doctor suggested me ahaglow s foaming face wash,deriva cms gel and GA 6 cream. Kenz sal lotion fordandruff. One of my frnd said she got black spots after using the face wash it is safe to use for sensitive skin type and even remaining ointments.

Rashes and itching on under legs, getting itching, if we use clableta gm on the rashes, they are healing, within 1 week again coming back
