Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have attached the image . The swelling doesn't go away . I am taking Augmentin and have been applying T bact cream . Will the swelling go on its own , and if that's the situation , how much more time will it take to heal . If not , should I consult a doctor and ask hime to go for incision .

I Have planer wart on my both hands. What are the treatment process and what are the time duration for this. Can it be treated permanently. I will prefer to use cream on that. Please help me

My baby is 2 month old. Her mom had fungal infection and doctor had recommended Candid 1% Cream and Eberconazole 1% Cream. Ringworm type rash is seen on baby's buttock. Can the cream suggested for adults can be used for baby too. Kindly advice. Thank you in advance.
