Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I was prescribed Zycafy W Tonic by one of the dermatologist over a online consultation on practo, I just wanted to take a second opinion if Zycafy W Tonic can be used by men? What is the difference between Zycafy W and Zycafy M tonic. Will there be any side effect if men use the W tonic?

When i eat some high protein/ oily food then  after few hours on my skin become red rashes when something  scratched on my body then also it become red rashes

Im not sure how did this mark happen but this is not going off, i used to wear right issue of jeans and sometimes the buckle used to prick a little while sitting pressings on the stomach, i tried to put some creams like topisal 6% thinking salicylic acid might help but it says there, please suggest some creams or some remedy to get rid of this mark it looks like a cat has scratched it. 😭
