But I when I searched for minoxidil I found that it works only when it is applied after that hair starts falling again I need my hair back permanently.

Hello , as you can see the cracks , it recently started after i started washing dishes using detergents and washing my hands too much. I have used many moisturizer on hourly basis , DIDNT WORK. I have used clotrimazole fungul cream , DIDNT WORK . Even used boroline and tacrolimus ointments , DIDNT WORK !! Also used ringguard and btex creams , DIDNT WORKK.
