Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Mu ferretin is 9..and i m having hairloss and baldnes...can i take 100mg of ferretin tablet twice a day??now i m taking it once a day..but i dnt find any difference after 1month of using it..so can I increase it 2times a day???

I am having acne, acne scars, uneven skin and very severe dark circles.. tried all possible diy and also started doing skin care for the last 3 months but can't see any result. Can understand that acne could be because of the hormonal changes or others factors but can't understand the cause of such bad dark circles at just the age of 18 years😭

At every morning from past 2 weeks I have itching in hairs and when I apply hair oil like sarso oil or argan oil then 3-5 hairs came out due to oil may be and they look like dry hairs
