Suggest a pill for sebborheic dandruff

I m suffering from Telogen hairfall because of nutritional deficiencies and thyroid issues I m taking medicine for them as well and I've been prescribed anaboom anti hairfall serum and doc told me that I have sebboreic dandruff as well he gave me an anti dandruff shampoo will it have an effect on me and whenever I wash my head I loose a lot more hair in clumps uncountable strands more than a the normal days doc has said to use the shampoo twice a week but I will loose a lot more hair it I will shampoo it often can you please suggest me a anti dandruff pill or something like that which can reduce the sebborheic dandruff
