I have several bumps on my nape.pic attached.i have pain in my neck also.plaease guide. Sometimes itchy. We stay in a no sunlight apartment.can it be a cause of this skin problem

Hello...it appears like folliculitis. Can happen secondary to any scalp infection or other reasons. Please consult a dermatologist if it’s painful as the inflammation can aggravate.
