Hi I had severely cracked feet due to lack of care After few days of care and pedicure it has now improved however I notice even when foot was totally clear these black spots/deep fissures are there on right heel as per attached pic. I had a habit of pulling the cracked skin. It has developed due to that I assume as this is area I used to pull. Do I need to get it checked or care of feet will resolve this. Should I apply tbact or candid cream on this.

As you can see, I have a lot of acne that I recently started to have. The acne has bump and the puss but the main problem is, these acne doesn't only happen during my periods, but any time point and when the pus comes out The bump is still there, and the acne marks doesn't fade away with the time. I have also one more thing that I eat a lot of sweets is that would be a reason for acne also, or the milk intake? I used to have my periods like about 3 to 4 days now. It has been reduced to 2 days.
