Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having a small brownish pimple like bump on upper breast since an year now.It started as an itchy paining pimple and eventually become a paineless non itchy bump in few days.It is not causing any itching pain or discomfort nothing now but its not going away.Is this anything concerning?Pics attached.Please reply is this anything associated with breast cancer?

I have a medium brown color , if I have to become fair , does taking glutathione along with vitamin c help , if yes how many days should I take.

I’ve been noticing hair thinning lately. After I take a bath, my scalp becomes clearly visible, and even when my hair is dry, it still looks very thin. I’m really worried about it. Should I be washing my hair every day? Could that be affecting it? Is there any effective solution or treatment to improve hair thickness? I really want to find something that works, as it’s been bothering me a lot.

I get a boil or lump near or just below the anus every 2–3 months, and sometimes even more frequently. Every time it appears in a different spot. It becomes swollen, painful, and when I press it, pus and blood come out. Sometimes the infection feels worse, but it usually heals on its own. However, this keeps happening again and again.

I am a 18 years old girl and recently I was having hairball from scalp. I eat well, do enough movement, there is absolutely no stress. I use good water to regularly wash my hair. Yet from past 4-5 months i am loosing hair like anything. What should i do?

As you can see those small blisters like on penile shaft, it is painless not itchy. I have no complaints regarding it. But because of that my foreskin has become tight as you can see circumferential tightness all around the penis in semi erect. I can't retract my foreskin  in totally erect. It becomes red during erection. Any opinion what is this blister like thing and how to get rid of it? And to treat tightness around the foreskin. Is it normal fordyce spots? ( not sexually active)

My daughter is 6 yr old . She has redness of scalp only at back of head for past 6 months . No itching . Dr scrapped the redness under light . At that time white flakes coming . What is the ressson . Whether fungal causes focal scalp only one localised redness . Remaining scalp are normal colour . Dr prescribed flucaconazole 150 mg tablet for 19 kg child on alternate days . Pls suggest . Her blood report CBC and AEC are normal . Whether fungus can cause only one spot redness while other areas are normal .
