The skin under the foreskin of my penis is filled with flat circular reddish inflamed bumps that gives of foul smelling whitish discharge. It hurts when I try to clean the area with water as it burns. It also hurts a bit when I try to pull down the forskin. I don't have any pain during urination. My penis head doesn't have this bumps.

2 weeks back my 2 month old son had oral thrush and I had nipple pain..paediatrician gave clotrimazole mouth paint for both of us...I applied twice on his mouth and my nipple also for 5 days...we were ok.....but 3 days back it came back as I saw two tiny white spots on babys mouth...applied it again and he is ok now but my nipple is shiny and paining severely even ftrr applying clotrimazole several times after feed...it's not working I guess..pls suggest should I get any other antifungal cream?
