Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello my skin gets cut when I regularly wash with normal Dettol liquid hand wash or any other normal soap can you please suggest any soap which can I use for bathing and washing hand that don't do cut on my skin.

Hello please guide my i am infected with genetil herpes virus . Have symtoms of red mole 4-5 together in my penis itching and paining How to cure it and how it affect my sex life with my wife. I am very tensed

At day 1 it was just a red part then at day 2 it swelled and redness increased and pain also although no itching from day 1 at day 4 which is today it is reddish brown and the skin is peeling off and it was paining a bit at the time i washed the cream. The cream I was using was fungid- nc suggested by local medical shop. I dont know the cause of it at first i thought it was a spider but there is no mark but i thought now that while at gym i was sweating a lot and used my towel many times, still i dont know the reason, i am struggling student cant afford the fees that is why asking here. I just wanted a little help. I'm 20 years old, and it has been quite some time now that I've been facing excessive hair fall. I come from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, and so the weather here is very humid, and my hair is naturally very thin, so hair fall in this weather is not new to me. I've also been through a lot of mental and physical strain since March 16 of this year, because of which I had also lost a lot of weight and have not had a good diet ever since. Also, I had a hormonal imbalance (as diagnosed by my obgyn) and was put on nostra-cr 15 for 20 days beginning from May 25. What has been my concern is that for the last three times that I've washed my hair, including today, I've lost a considerable amount of my hair, and that's something that's been really stressing me out. Therefore I'm here to seek help from you. I'd love it, if you'd help me know what's actually wrong with my body.

I started isotretinoin course on june,2024 and by starting of september i stopped it , due to hair thinninng , and now my whole hair volume is gone and hair fall is there but very less, don't know what to do ? Any suggestions

Since 3 days, there are some red patches on my neck, chest area, back etc, which are increasing day by day in number. Itching is also there.
