Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have open pores on my nose and some acne. I am using a face wash with 2% salicylic acid and 2% nicinamide twice daily from last 1 month but open pores are still visible, what to do? I have extremely oily face, every 2 hours face gets oily more on nose area and forehead. Also what is correct way to use this sliycinamide face wash to get maximum effect, earlier I used to apply it on wet face but then I read online that apply on dry face and wait 1-2 min and then rinse it to increase effect of active ingredients in face wash.

My skin turns red suddenly twice or thrice a day ni what what I'm doing or in which weather I've been.its occurs with a very extreme itchy sensation and starts becoming red on my chest and back.can anyone let me know why this happens and any solution for it

Hi I had chicken pox one month back which is now almost healed. In the initial days of chicken pox I had two pea size glans ulcer similar to mouth ulcer in terms of shape and size. The size of the ulcer now have reduced 75% but still there. Just have little itching no pain. I have just used soframycin and Desi ghee alternatively for one week. Now nothing helps.  Didnt have sex in last 3-4 months. Please help me to get out of this.

My wife had noted a black spot.. Mostly the spot is having outer layer black on her lips 2 months ago... But she ignored it stating it will go on its own.. But it never vanished in these days we went to dermatologist... Dermatologist suggested fusidic cream to apply for 15 days...10 days are over but that spot is still there...also I had asked her if it's melanoma so she said it's not melanoma.. And my wife is only 34 years old so she will not get melanoma... But I am scared reading it on google...kindly suggest what it is and it's treatment... The spot size not increased or decreased.. I met with an accident, its been 1 week now, already took tetnus shot and had two abrasions one on my wrist and other one on leg but wrist one got infection and formed blisters all over it. now its itchy, redness & swollen. Went to my nearby General Physician he asked me to just clean it with warm water and continue medications (Verclav 650 & Zerodol Paracetamol) and also asked to apply betadine cream but whenever i apply betadine cream infection get worse. I also have Encube's Soframyncin cream should i stop applying cream all at once? or should change my medication routine with soframyncin?

I am losing my hair like from all areas of my head evenly it started from the crown. I heard of minoxidil and microneedling but i fear about what if my hair that left starts to fall rapidly or has severe side effects.
