Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I’ve been experiencing dryness and irritation on my face for the past 5–6 months. I don’t have a history of skin issues. I started using retinol to treat fine lines, but it seems to be worsening the dryness. Could you help me soothe and reduce the dryness on my face?

Face looks so dull, lifeless and have some uneven skintone. Seems like my skin is very sensitive to pollution too. Kindly suggest on what should be done. How should I take care of face and repair the damage.? My colleagues suggested toners, serums,sunscreens etc but I can get confidence to use anything only from dermatologist's words.

3 weeks ago, one fine morning, I saw some bright red spot on my nose bridge. It was bright for a week and then slowly turned into a very little darken patch. I don’t exactly remember but it has increased a little I guess. It is flat and in light, it looks bumpy. What could it be looking at the picture attached? There was no trauma. No itching or pain or anything.
