Need test to check body for wounds
As part of my daily routine, I go for walks and often encounter stray dogs. One day, some dogs came very close to me, and I was scared and not fully aware of what happened. I don’t remember any pain or bleeding, but now I’m worried whether I might have been scratched or bitten without knowing. I’m unable to trust my own body check due to anxiety. Is there any test, medical scan, or proper examination that can detect if I had any wound, scratch, or bite? Please suggest how I can confirm this clearly and get peace of mind.
