Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I genetically have had silky hair, but recently I used herbal essence shampoo and my hair has become extremely dry. Apart from this, my major concern is dandruff, in the past year I have developed dandruff and it doesn't seem to ever go away, it sticks to the scalp and the scalp appears white, no matter how much I scrub it it doesn't go away. I oil it, shampoo it, it stays the same. I have also tried the ordinary glycolic acid in that area, it seems clean after wash but after a day the dandruff returns. I have recently heard the scalp pro anti dandruff shampoo to be working well. Can I use that? Or please suggest any other shampoo that would fix this stubborn dandruff and also shouldn't make my hair dry.

I'm a home maker, I have to work in water for the daily chores. My feet is like this and paining for few days. And one side of my nail is in tremendous pain. I have attached two pictures. One the picture of the two feet, and the other the nail portion. It is yellowish, because at the time of clicking the picture I had applied Mupiricin in that. Please tell me what medicines if any that I should take. Relevant answers expected, please don't directly say consult for more. Maximum regards.

Can I use Morr Max 5℅ and Follihair New during lactation . my baby is 2 years old and breastfeed regularly. Is it safe to use and consume those medicines?

I am having pain under the foreskin just under the ring of the glans while getting an erection. This is now since a long time and seems getting worse. I am able to retract the skin but I can see red boils or veins too. I also have noticed mild to moderate redness occasionally on the glans after an intercourse. Could this be some kind of infection? I don't have any sort of itching or abnormal discharges, just pain during an erection. The glans also look very dry and wrinkled. Is there a remedy for this and can this be examined in a video call and treated?

Hello doctors, I’ve been dealing with hair loss for more than a year and have been taking Finasteride 1 mg (Finalo) for the last 3 months. Unfortunately, I have lost/misplaced my prescription and I have an international flight coming up very soon. I am a 27 year old female and have been noticing a slow growth of leg hair and armpit hair after shaving. Earlier within a week I had hair growth, this time it is taking more than a week or two to sprout the hair and feel on the hand. What could be the cause of it? Also suffering from hair fall and slow growth.

The area around my lips get extremely dry and patchy,i try to keep myself as hydrated as possible but no cream seems to work. I had this problem 6-7 years ago but it has started again. The doctor prescribed maviderm along with mometasone. Should i start applying it again?

My Baby 1 year 2 months old has skin infection in his hand. Doctor suggested mupirocin first, has applied it , has worked initially but appeared again and enlarging . His Doctor this time suggested luliconazole 1% and has applying it for 4 days, but it has been appearing worse despite with the cream application. Kindly suggest whether should I use mupirocin again ?? Or any other Oinments.
