Hi Doctor, I’m reaching out to consult you regarding persistent hair fall and lice/nits infestation. Despite using Mediker shampoo for 3 weeks, I still have visible lice eggs (nits) and an itchy scalp. The problem has not improved. In addition, my recent blood tests showed: • Severe Vitamin D deficiency (8.05 ng/mL) • Low Vitamin B12 (273 pg/mL) • Low ferritin (~40 ng/mL) My current prescription includes: • Neurobion (once daily after breakfast) • Tayo 60k (once a week for 8 weeks, then once a month) Even with supplements, the hair fall hasn’t stopped, and the lice are persisting. Could you please suggest a more effective treatment plan for: 1. Completely eliminating lice and nits 2. Accelerating hair fall recovery 3. Whenever I do masturabtion my foreskin and glands are getting slightly red. And it is getting itself redolved within one or one and half day. How can we stop glands and foreskin getting red after masturbtion ? I wash my glands and foreskin with water almost everyday after bath.

Hello sir/madam, I am 28 years old and I am sometimes seeing the red spots on both hand fingers attached the image of the red spots with no symptoms other than mild to normal itching very rarely, is it anywhere related to any blood diseases or any serious or dangerous health or skin problems and also will it cause any serious health issues ? I m concerned about the condition of my eyes, especially the dark circles under them. I have been diagnosed as iron deficiency. I'm taking iron supplements as prescribed by my doctor. It's minofer.
