I have got this Dry flaky patch near eye. Pls help me out, what is this patch. Is this any serious skin condition?

Wash face with Ponds Detox Charcoal Facewash 2. Wash face with 2% minimalist salicylic acid and lha face wash 3. Apply adapalene gel I have deep blackheads and due to this, I get cystic pimples as well. All this has resulted in dull skin and hyperpigmentation. Do i get a professional extraction done? What do I do?
