Have been getting Lip pimples which are painful. Increase in overall pimple on face too Have been seeing this for past 10 days No change in diet, have been drinking good amount of water too

I think I have hyperpigmentation. I have dark patches and spots on my arm and forearm from 5 years. Also dark elbows. Very embarrassed by it. Tried rejsol chemical peel twice. It just worsened it. I really need a diagnosis and an effective  treatment plan to feel confident in my skin. I’m seeking advice on my skin concerns and would like a text-based consultation. Currently using no products except a sunscreen body lotion from wishcare. Please help me. ASAP.
