I have closed comedones on my skin for a long time ,and I start medication like , azelaic acid, aklief retinoid ,and salicylic acid along with niacinamide ,there it's not cure and I also have hairfall problem I have severe hairfall since 3 to 4 year ,

And the infection was completely disappeared and I stopped taking the medication. But after some time the infection returned and I again started taking pills and stopped as it disappeared again. Now it comes again and I am taking the same medication Itraconazole 200 but now it's not working. Is my adjusted with Itraconazole or the infection resistant to medication?
