I sweat a lot. I get white stains all across my clothes especially the torso. What can be done to reduce the sweating?

Hello, My husband is experiencing skin problems. He is diabetic and uses insulin human mustard (30 units in the morning and 20 units in the evening). Recently, his sugar levels have been high, with a fasting level of 218 and a post-meal level of 290. We consulted a nearby doctor, who prescribed Topaxim Duo tablets, which we have been using for the past 4 days. However, we are unsure about the exact cause of the skin issue. Past few days I had itchy hands after a days I noticed  very tiny bumps on my hands and palms which is very itchy for that I tried home made remidies but that did not worked can you say the Causes and treatments for the itchy bumps.
