Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am a 24 year old female and have PCOS (diagnosed 2021). In the last year and half (24 onwards), I've lost 70% of my hair volume. In the last six months alone, I lost 50%. I don't know what to do about it. I'm not on any medication for PCOS right now but I took Novelon for a couple months two years back. My hair loss was less on Novelon and my acne got much better, and my cycle got regular (it is to this day). I don't have any excessive hair growth, or excessive weight gain as such. My primary concern right now is extreme hair loss and forehead acne along with cystic acne on the cheeks. Last time I got cystic acne, I was 18 years old. I also have recurring blackheads, no matter how many times I get them extracted or get yellow peel or a cleanup. They come back within two days. Moreover, I have what my gynac last referred to as seborrheic dermatitis at the back of my scalp which gets very itchy and painful. Please advise?

I have consulted many dermats and been on oral and topical medication- minoz oz, azythromycin for almost 3-4 months. Used benzac ac (AM) plus sunscreen and derivacms (PM) with ahaglow facewash from aug 2024. Tired of antibiotics or oral medicine but need an advise please as the acne is recurring in the same spot again. As deriva cs does not seem to work from past 6 months Should i start using tretinoin 0.025 as spot treatment? If no then what are other alternatives? Been taking probiotics from past 1 month. Hi all, I have been prescribed Sulphur 30C (SBL) two times a day for a month for my 2.7 year old daughter. She is suffering from skin eczema near her both eyes since last 4.5 months. I was trying allopathy but I was prescribed with steroids which I don't want to use regularly because of that I have shifted to homeopathy recently 3-4 days back. Now I have been prescribed 3 days nux vomica course afterwards 1 month course of Sulphur 30C (SBL) for two times a day for my 2.7 years old daughter. My query is how long it will take to recover from eczema and is it safe to give such long dose at 2.7 years of age. Right now she is taking this medication with globules (30). Are there any side effects?

I have a slight swelling onleft side of ring on penis(circumcised). No pain. No hard mass. It's close to vein. Soft swelling. Can I apply any ointment or medicine to reduce that? It doesn't hurt when touched but I feel discomfort sometimes. It's been 3-4 days.
