Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mother is 57 years old and has been experiencing rashes around her neck for the past eight months, especially at night, in the area where her gold chain rests. However, she has been wearing the same chain for five years without any issues. Could you please advise on the possible cause and solution?

I am having these white stains on my nails since 4-5 months. It started with one nail and now has moved to almost all of them. The nails are even getting dry in these areas and flaking. I showed a dermat earlier and he suggested to take zincovit and a cream to apply on name (ciclopirox 1%) It was a bit helpful but now again it has started getting white. Please suggest what should be done to cure this permanently.

Hello Doctor My wife 29 years old, on of sudden she started white patch on hand, stomach & arms, so that we rushed to hospital they initially suggest us to go for skin biopsy, we done it and it's shows nothing serious and no vitiligo as well. Hi, I have been prescribed Olesoft light gel in the morning and episoft moisturizer at night for my acne prone skin by the doctor but my skin feels a lot greasy after applying it. Episoft cause mild bearable itching ( not sure as I use adapalene for acne maintenance). I need a recommendation on replacing my moisturizer for acne prone skin which doesn't feels greasy at all. Please suggest some other moisturizer for night routine. In past I had also used Acmist moisturizer but that too caused mild irritation.

Im having frequent itching in the foreskin and white creamy kind of substances inside with slight bad odur.
