Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctor My wife 29 years old, on of sudden she started white patch on hand, stomach & arms, so that we rushed to hospital they initially suggest us to go for skin biopsy, we done it and it's shows nothing serious and no vitiligo as well. Please suggest to us what I can do to resolve my wife's skin issue. I am attaching here biopsy report and her hand white spot image also. Please guide us what further action I have to do and what is the exact issue here.

My skin is very much prone to acne with long lasting acne marks , I got head lice once while in contact with one of my relatives and it led to my hair damage. My skin is getting darker in open areas of my body. ( High Melanin) What should I do to deal with all this ?.

Hi, I have been prescribed Olesoft light gel in the morning and episoft moisturizer at night for my acne prone skin by the doctor but my skin feels a lot greasy after applying it. Episoft cause mild bearable itching ( not sure as I use adapalene for acne maintenance). I need a recommendation on replacing my moisturizer for acne prone skin which doesn't feels greasy at all. Please suggest some other moisturizer for night routine. In past I had also used Acmist moisturizer but that too caused mild irritation.

Im having frequent itching in the foreskin and white creamy kind of substances inside with slight bad odur.
