Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have very severe hair fall. I didn't do any kind of treatment no spa no chemical using products nothing but I have very hair loss and thinning problem

I've been losing beard hair since 2020. At first I thought it was normal as I keep my beard long.. I lose like 30-50 beard hair daily on average.. At first I thought it could be because of the dry skin underneath.. so i tried using oils like jojoba and almond.. but that never really cured my condition.. I also applied face  moisturizer to hydrate.. But the only mistake I made was that I let these oil and moisturizer sit on my skin for too long.. Like once I apply the oil or moisturizer at night, before bed, I don't wash it off the next morning, rather I let it sit on for more than 20 hrs, and then wash it off by evening. I don't know if that made my beard fall even more.🥲 Now, I'm losing beard hair specially from my moustache area. and it has visibility become lighter.. and the skin underneath is also visible and patchy.. I'm so worried now. I don't know what could be the reason.. do I need to follow an alternate skin care or should I do blood test to look for internal reasons?

I have acne , dermatologist recommended isotretinoin capsule 20mg which resulted very bad and I took capsule only 2 days,I had near death experience all of my bone joints started to pain especially my backbone and whole chest got locked and I wasn't able to move nor breathe properly even though I have no history of bone pain , I have some breathing problem only in winter months (dec & jan), after taking inhaler and painkillers for almost a month I am not yet fully recovered,the pain has reduced to some extent but I am still not able to move freely as before ,will the pain go away and I will be healthy again? or it caused a permanent damage which I have to suffer my whole life..

My 2 year old is suffering from some infection and her whole body is covered with tiny bumps.Doctors suggested to use anti itch lotion and Atarax oral solution but the bumps still exists in large area and this is not helping my kid. Any suggestions on how long it would take to recover in such cases?

Hello Doctor I have found small whitish dots on my knees If I see casually it's not that visible and if I strech my skin a bit in light then I could see it.. I have posted the picture . I am little anxious on this ...is this looks like vitilago? I don't have family history till now
