Hi mam or sir , iam facing itchy rashesh and acne and black and white heads on my face from 5 months i used lots of medicine and ointments but no use recently my face was getting large cystic pimple all over my face continuous with that this all my face with itchy rashesh and all my face becoming worst day by day with lots of acne marks so much itchy skin so somebody suggest me to use Accutane ( Isotretinoin) tablet to get rid of this problem is it safe to use and it have no side effects if it is safe to use for my problem yo recover then plz tell me how to use and suggest me best ointment or gel for this problem tq

I'm a pre-op trans-woman (legally Female) and would like to remove hair from genital area (not bikini, but actual privates: around penis, scrotum, pubes,  crack & around the anus) via laser or electrolysis. It will help me manage my dysphoria as well as become ready for gender reassignment surgery. However, with Kerala and tvm the way it is, genital hair removal is all hush hush and because I'm pre-op I'm treated as a male despite being legally Female. I am very shy and uncomfortable about the topic but I keep reaching out to clinics out of need and everyone refuses to address if they'll provide removal in the genital area or not. Some say after surgery, but I need hair removal before surgery so there won't be ingrown hair inside the neo-vagina. I am the one that'll have to endure hours of explicit exposure, not those medical professionals acting like college kids and being bashful. Is there any mature and professional hair removal clinic in tvm that does hair in genital area?

I have been suffering from itching since 3 years  on my front scalp where it turns into a patchy gap and when I rub or scratch my scalp the white white dirty dandruff will always comes out, but in back side scalp wounds will come and get into red so badly as the blood comes out and again turns into a fungal infected or bacteria infected area. I have spent so much hard earned money on this issue, No doctor has given the right medicines only when I applied that prescribed cream it will stop but later the same problem will arise, I have lost all hopes for this and mentally became very ill, I could not go outside to work or any functions.
