Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctor, I’m 31 years old, and I’ve noticed that the skin on my face and hands is becoming darker compared to the rest of my body. I live in a place with consistently cool and pleasant weather, and I’m rarely exposed to direct sunlight. I usually walk around 12,000 steps a day on average. I have dry skin and I follow a regular skincare routine using good-quality products — including a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, SPF 50+ sunscreen, and AHA/BHA serums. Despite this, there’s been no noticeable improvement in my facial skin tone. Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and guide me on what I can do differently? Thank you.

I was prescribed a glycolic acid 12% w/w cream to treat my back acne scars and am using it since a month but in the past few days ive been feeling itchy and there is very much redness on my back and neck and a little bit of pain as well

It's been over a 6months I have this issue where I bath in the morning clean my private part and the next morning I see white thing inside my forehead and it has a bad odur. I don't know what to do but cleaning it daily, I didn't had this issue before. Also if I don't bath the next morning and leave it then it becomes more and I see redness and swelling sometimes in that area too which is concerning. Please tell me what the problem is this why is and what to do.
