Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi. I have observed a rash on my face for 2 weeks now. It's on my chin on the right aye. Feels dry. Not spreading. No pain, no itching. Not sure what it is. Can you please let me know. It's worrying me. Attaching a pic.

My face color is 2-3 shades darker than my body colour is it possible to make face and body color same i have started applying sunscreen gel from last 1 month in morning my sunscreen The ingredients in the sunscreen are * Octyl Methoxycinnamate * Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane * Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine * Diethylhexyl Butamido Triazone Thus this sunscreen is good for me or not My skin type is combination . I also use night cream of zeelab which has kojic acid niacinamide arbutin glycolic acid vitamin e and mulberry extract I am using this cream in night from last 10 but according to me this is not showing and change in my skin Should I still apply it Will it work or not Now at last I want to know that can my face color be like my body colour that is 2-3 shades lighter or not And also tell me that my present skin care is good or not or I need some changes and please tell me what changes I should do if needed

I had boil on 2024 december , on my upper back, I took antibiotic course and used T-bact ointment after consulting dermatologist. But a small dark spot left. Will it completely fade away? How long it will take to fade away? (Attached picture)

Hi, I underwent beard Transplant in 2023 August and the result seems to be not good and transplant looks un natural, but Hair growth is very good. Since I'm not satisfied and everyone says the beard is not looking natural, I'm planning to reverse the beard transplant using the Electrolysis Hair removal procedure. I consulted many doctors and they said Laser Hair removal leaves with scar on the face which is permanent. So i'm planning for Electrolysis hair removal procedure is safe.? Can it give the better result and can i get my original face after getting treated.? Need your suggestions to go forward.

I am suffering from lice problem..with itching bumps on scalp.Though I am using licel oil and keeping it overnight and using shampoo in the morning but after doing this repeatedly for 3 days,my lice problem still exists. Pls suggest some remedy. Thank you in advance 🙏
